YUM: this looks soooo good. Aren't homegrown tomatoes the BEST!!! I'd go for Swiss cheese though...but this looks yummy! almost as good as a "J-DAWG"..LOL
We just had our first BLT's of the season--so yum!
I also ordered a caprese salad the other night at a restaurant for our anniversary--tomatoes with slices of slice cheese sprinkled with fresh basil, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and broiled--DELICIOUS!! I'll be making my own soon!
